The property is located on the West Coast of the North Island fifteen kilometres south of Whanganui. It is approximately 141 hectares running along the beach bordering the Whangaehu River and heading down towards the Turakina River. The land is Maori owned. We are its guardians. We need to protect and preserve it. Respect and utilise it.

Kiora Casey,my name is Ted Hore i whakapapa back to Rakautaua 9 block through my wahine line my mother is Pat Albert her mother is Amiria Paki.Amiria mother maiden name was Tungo Ani Rennie who married Rangihautu Paki,who is a brother to Aokehu Nahona Paki.
